Well, I guess a lot of people should learn about the empowering of women in the Muslim world, I can tell you from my own experience that I have grown up with most family women working as teachers at all levels of education, Physicians, layers, judges, pharmacists, dentists, police ranking officers, Engineers..etc..while managing their families.. This was generalised to all my surroundings..that is why I never felt any difference when I came to study in Canada..it was all familiar.. and I won't deny that there were discriminations against women in work and throughout the society as a whole, but then I saw and lived the period of time where Canadian women were fighting against the same discriminations here in Canada, a country representative of the best of what the Western world can offer..
There were also statistics about women beating by their partners or husbands both in Canada and the US.. it was shocking to know that more than 60% were beaten at some point by their male partners!

I am not judging my friend, I have an experienced eye..these women on the video, have some complex problems in the context of where they live.. they seem to be lost between the Western and Eastern cultures.. and they are looking for some in-between to fit in.. and mostly looking for attention..

Women from any religion or background who respect themselves never resort to some clown looks, or attention grabbing behaviours..

It's funny because he was disappointed in traditional Islam "wanting women to be unattractive in front of men" and then proceeded to make his women all ugly af.

My concern isn't Islam, but I feel sad whenever I see cosmetic surgery. It's upto them though.
