You and your compatriots would have some moral stand to criticize Gujrat riots if you guys were equally critical of the incident that started the riots, and some concern about the minorities in your own country would have strengthen that moral stand, but then there are good rioters and bad rioters, just like the good terrorists and bad terrorists, right?

Ha ha Sangh Parivar; RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal and all of their Bahinis, all belong to the Sangh Parivar, the same family, the same school of thoughts, maybe manifestation and execution of that school of thought differ between these organizations in the level of intensity. So even if RSS and VHP/Bajrangdal don't share father-son relation, they at least share brotherhood and family values.

Sure, they might be the most extreme hindus you can find - but on the scale of extremism, they are quite possibly less extreme than many mainstream muslim parties in many countries. Hindu "extremism" is very different from islamic one.
