I propose as follows:
1- Imran Khan and aides shall be trialed in military' courts for deliberately hurting Pakistan's economy on numerous occasions.
2- Borders with Iran shall be fenced and sealed as top priority.
3- Opposition political parties shall form a ''counter tiger force'' vs. corrupt PTI tiger force.
4- Counter Tiger Force shall collect samples of fuels from all gas stations and send those to labs of national oil refiners, who are as well suffering from corrupt regime and it's aides.
5- Army shall provide a hot line, where any doubt full gas station can be reported.
6- Army shall provide protection to those, who point out corruption of Imran Khan and aides.

Obviously, I am not there but I thought I saw a thread on pdf about the number of Pakistani tax filers reaching 3 million.
If only 3 million out of 200+ million file taxes isn't the "official" economy kind of not the economy? Same for the nation. Do most of the people there even recognize the "borders"? If people don't recognize borders and don't file taxes, is it smuggling?

Only one way ruling clergy can be so strong as you described.... that is when they have CoAS under their thumb or is a party to crime. The only litmus test to ascertain this is to see weather ISI /National Security Council start inquiry on long list of open treason incidents and illegal hiring firing in state institutions.
Considering this country's judiciary and inquiry commissions has a history of even monitoring Prime Ministers private business.
We have example of Nawaz Sharif for the immoral UAE Iqama, and Musharraf for not returning to Pakistan on his promised date.

I just found this news from yesterday.... so some efficiencies by the Imran Khan FBR /FIA, but i promise you that fuel which is being sold at gas stations is a mix of Iranian oil with locally produced oil.
Same goes with all the road construction works which PTI regime has ever undertaken, contractors were forced to buy Iranian bitumen but of course corrupt contractors had profited in it for them selves.

It's not possible that some individual can buy so much oil and clergy at Qom wouldn't know about it.
In Iran oil is sold to public on quota basis. Hope Pakistan ambassador to Qom can confirm this.

May some one explain, how state level inquiry commission report is of least interest of forum members on the contrary when it's open people fail to condemn the state sponsored oil smuggling from Iran... as pointed in the commission report.

The report you linked came out on 18th Dec, and the smuggling was caught on 22nd. You said govt is not doing anything to stop these. The fact that 350,000 Ltrs were stopped states otherwise.

When people say that x country filled up their reserves and Pakistan didn't. They should realize filling of reserves require money, hard cash those who have it do it those who don't, don't.

Again... please google before replying. Report was submitted to Imran Khan some where in June but he was sitting on it till High Court order.
So far, he has given no excuses on, what was his personal interest in doing so and why state is involved in smuggling... as well noted in report.
Hope you have no confusion over why inquiry was initiated... right! Otherwise google before commenting.

Did Imran Khan took notice of international media reports?

Iranian oil is being mixed with local produce just at the gates of state controlled refineries and distributed all over Pakistan through standard distribution channels. It's not limited to Iranian oil but also Iranian bitumen, which is used to produce substandard roads by PTI regime.

Once Imran Khan is gone.. there's going to be long charge sheet. He is free as long he's backed by Iranian mafia or may i say nephews of kulbhoshan yadeve.

That's your argument not what report says, but i respect that. Still going by your formulae, Pakistan under dictation of IK, have more money than any other state.. because he always buy expensive oil.

In another way... Pakistan never stop buying oil neither it's issue of affordability, neither it's issue of money, because it's paid by the economy which is driven by Saudi riyals.
So not buying same oil when it's available for free is beyond corruption.
I see a different problem here and there's a pattern, which is reflected in state policies and statements.

What we should be doing is arranging barter trade agreements with Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Qatar and maybe even Saudi Arabia and the UAE for oil and gas.

This indirect, unofficial trade arrangement with Iran is actually better if we barter for the oil and gas. Keep the oil and gas transactions off the books but barter trade for it which reduces our trade deficit until such point the US is back in the JCPOA.

We could then collect taxes at the pumps.
