Thats a really interesting topic

Well i think following Network Expressways/Motorways will be really effective

1) Lahore-Rawalpindi Motorway from extension of M-11 SLM

i) From kharian or Jhelum convert it into two motorways, one towards rawalpindi and the other toward Muzzafarbad via Mirpur, Making it look like a M4 & M3

2) A Direct and quick access from Gwadar to Peshawar (D i khan to Peshawar motorway proposed) and Islamabad (M-14) Via Quetta

3) Better Access to Taftan and Chaman Border by Making either 4 lane or 6 lane Highway for from Gwadar-Peshawar Motorway

4) A Lahore Ring Road like initiative in Ten big cities of Pakistan, which while reducing traffic burden will also be effective in fixing boundaries of the city and let it expand as in planned way

5) A Rail Link to Gwadar to make it useful for Cargo and connection to rest of the country, better would be to provide to links one to ML-1 and a new route to Peshawar

6) Better road access on eastern side of Karachi to provide space to a new costal city, Along with Gwadar other two Costal Cites should be developed to ease load on other big cities

Thats what on my mind, would love to see you views about these projects:)

I don't get it. Mirpur-Muzafarabad motorway will be connected with Sialkot-Pindi motorway through Jhelum/Dina. Or Kharian if they decide to build include Bhimber.

It will not see much traffic at all to justify 4-6 lanes. There is plan for Quetta-Multan motorway though.

Both these routes are feasible, I think it will revolutionize the areas of Azad Kashmir because it lacks infrastructure and direct access to major trade centers of Pakistan but the problem lies with terrain as it is difficult to build in the mountaines region

It think in a long run the traffic will increase as the gwadar port get matured, we should increase our trade with iran and afghanistan and this corridor can be used by central Asian republics for trade and besser connectivity of the region.
