I dont understand why that guy doesnt start his "information" saying that all are a fiction fantasy story, and so they can't be accused of anything.

It's not a crime make fantasies stories about real events/characers in USA:

And even if it's, you can just change names and tell the same fantasy fiction story with obvious parallelisms to true events.

(Antitrust screenwriters forget to tell how "NURV" CEO loved to f*ck every piece of *ss of "NURV" women beauty employees ).

Its one thing to lie about an event that occurred 50 years ago. Its another to lie where he is accusing parents of 7 year old children of being part of some conspiracy. Its painful enough to lose your child to a mental wacko with a gun, and then because you were on a regular interview, to be targeted by people like Alex Jones of making all this stuff up. Thats not where it stopped: some of the crazies that listened to his show, then actually harassed and made death threats against the parents.

Don't get this guy

He blames 9/11 on US government but also hates Muslims.

If you accept the inside job narrative then you also accept that all subsequent actions I.e Iraq war etc resulting in the destabilisation of the ME and the terrorist groups that yielded were perfectly designed....

He should be able to think and say whatever he wants, no matter how crazy it sounds. The constitution gives him those rights.

Not when his words are actively bringing harm to other people. His followers are literally harassing and threatening to kill the parents due to his words.

Also, slander doesn't fall under protected speech.

Serves him right, he has been spreading lies for too long.

lol good

couldn't happen to more of a deserving person

free speech, is without intervention from govt. you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater

Appeal all the way to the supremes. This ruling is an obvious assault on free speech.

He could have told his opinions about "Candy Cook" fiction shooting and nobody can accuse him of anything.

50 millions USD for use two words is the most expensive two words of history.

If someone want to tell his views and opinions about something without proves, it's ok, but at least change the real names, and you can't be accused of anything.
