the "third universal theory" ( also known as jamahiriya ideology ) of direct-democracy socialism worked well in libya for 40 years and the "green book" ( the how-to book for the ideology ) has soviet edition, german edition and spanish edition to urge even those societies to adopt the libyan system and move towards true communism, because true communism hasn't arrived yet.
