Yes, we should have enough nukes to finish off US + the rest of their Western cronies.

Maybe even Russia, since they gonna definitely attack us after China and the Western nations just killed each other after a nuclear exchange.

Russia would not attack the Americans and China just to kill off the remnants of what is left over so they could take over. This sort of retarded strategic thinking has only gained minimal traction on Internet forums. It simply makes absolutely no sense since thousands of nukes would have already irradiated the entire world ecosystem so adding more on top of this would NEEDLESSLY INVITE nuclear retaliation back to the Russians. Without a Russian attack on the USA and China, USA and China would self-implode after nuclear attacks anyways. I mean, really be more logical instead of repeating this often quoted idea.

A few Japanese nuclcear power station accident already caused scare, you really think human race will survive if 10,000 nukes exploded in our atmosphere?
