If you look at china and russia they are now competing with the west by means of economy all they did was
agriculturalization and industrialization.

so if Pakistan starts the process of agriculturalization and industrialization fast will its economy grow?

I think we have to focus on industrialisation but agriculture can be our backbone if we follow the Netherlands model and their techniques in farming. It will increase production many folds and decrease water consumption at the same time. This'll decrease the pressure on food imports and we'll be able to export food and then industrialisation can help in giving economy the extra boost it needs.

While the same will be setup in new economic zones but the existing companies can also benefit from introduction of Financing model to help bring new machinery into country

If Incentive is provided to Companies to Borrow cash and the bring necessary new machines into Pakistan , and better training for workforce would revitalize the existing industries

The National banks need to be Empowered with Finance from CPEC either with Chinese Banks
and then Industrial Incentives could be introduced to help modernize the existing industries

However Chinese bank branches are also opening in Pakistan hopefully Micro financing is available for small business and Loans are available for Industrial sector

Maximize efficiency in production, be it agriculture or industries. Then focus on maximizing yield in that efficient production manner. Finally when you have a world class product in a large enough yield, specialize in those varieties (food) or specialized products (clothing, machinery) that will make these products the cutting edge in their field. Re-invest the majority of your profits back into the companies and train/invest in workers via a continuous process of learning and having older workers train younger workers. This is the German model and it is the most sustainable model that has worked for centuries.
