Sir jee he talked, Investor put their money where they could get there profits. There are chronic gas shortages, can't guarantee the supply of electricity for 24/7. Worst of all, KPK is mostly based on agri industry. There is little industrial infrastructure. Can you offer one strategic or tactical advantage which KPK offers to Investors?

Balochistan offers Gawadar. Punjab offer huge consumer base plus established infrastructure.

Despite that the guy who owned one or two units has now around 7-8 units at different places. Keeps the orders running at all the time since loadsheeding occurs at different times across different areas.

Most industrial parks are greenfield projects, hence they are built on lands that are either waste or being reused. I think this is a welcome news for Pakistan. Pakistan can expect a few 1000 jobs through this park.

The problem is that these Industrial & Residential projects are not being built on waste land, nor the loss of agriculture land is being compensated by investing in agriculture sector and making dams & canals

In the price of 24 billion rupees, they can easily lay down tram way or light rail which will much more efficient and serve longer term needs of Rawalpindi than lining pockets of Shehbaz Sharif and his business consortium's foreign bank accounts.
