I don't really know the exact number per today, but from this news (21 October 2015, 447 Kapal Ikan Asing Menanti Ditenggelamkan | batampos.co.id ), saying that from 550 illegal vessels we seized, 103 already executed. 447 vessels remain, waiting for court ruling.

And from this news, Indonesia sinks 106 foreign boats | The Jakarta Post, they quote this stats:
Philippines (34), Vietnam (33), Thailand (21), Malaysia (6), Papua New Guinea (2) and China (1)
