I never agree to send our workers to work in foreign countries, just because they are cheap.

Because I can already predict this kind of case.


If we still want to do it...

It must have a tight regulation and surveillance of their work condition and salary.

The foreign company and agency should be registered in our country thru a very tight process and well checked.

Fully agree with you. I think it is more about lack of protection for the workers work overseas especially in the sea, rather than demonic character of a race as someone want to believe or political movement of a country. Abuse often happen with ship crewmen, maid, and illegal labour.
