What's new

India’s top 5 revenue generating monuments were all built by Muslim rulers

Lets face it if it were up to you clowns the hindus would have either burnt those monuments down,
Tried to subvert history and say they are in reality Hindu temples
Its only because they are making money they have not been attacked

This is the shared history of all muslim in the sub continent but left in the hands of hindutva fanatics and Hijrah indian muslims

Only because hindus go to see it, otherwise its just pagan idol temples

Muslim monuments carry real prestige of an empire of the day

Where were you when taliban blew up 2000 year old Bamiyan buddhist statues? Where was the outrage among the muslim world??

.
Juggling with stats to suit the narrative. What percentage of ASI's budget for maintenance was spent on restoration of these 5 monuments will make the picture clear.

Pakistan was made for muslims across the sub continent, its still part of the history of hundreds of millions of muslims here our history did not just begin in 1947

And your wrong muslim monuments are under attack, Take Babri Masjid for example

Its all designed to humiliate indian muslims, they attack your eating habits, your marriage rituals, your faith and names

Gradually they try to erase muslim history by changing everything to hindu names

Personally buddy im with it, its why we made Pakistan
Jinnah warned us about this 70 years ago and I think you will admit Jinnah was right :pakistan:

Only when we fail in our secularism then only it will validate your claims about Pakistan. Our muslim population is as big as yours. It has been 70 years and we still are secular and pluralist in our outlook. You can throw your two nation theory in the Bay of Bengal because we are diverse and united under one republic. There are fissures I admit but we have a strong conviction that secularism is good for our country. Cases like Babri and Godra are isolated cases in our vast land and they are not the prime example you should use for validating your two nation theory.

That's cause most Hindu monuments were either totally destroyed or broken and left in ruins by the same medieval Muslim rulers .

Let me tell you Konark sun temple is also half broken by some Muslim invader . It is still so beautiful that it is one the biggest tourist attraction and a UN heritage site.

Konark sun temple was not broken by Muslims, its an incompleted temple due to weak foundation. I think the temple interior is filled with cement to hold the structure , hence not accessible to public

It is said that the temple was not completed as conceived because the foundation was not strong enough to bear the weight of the heavy dome. Local beleif has it that it was constructed in entirety, however its magnetic dome caused ships to crash near the seashore, and that the dome was removed and destroyed and that the image of the Sun God was taken to Puri.

and Konark Sun temple were built by a distant Tamil Chola descendants

The Melakkadambur Shiva temple, built in the form of a chariot during the age of Kulottunga Chola I (1075-1120), is the earliest of this kind, and is still in a well preserved state. It is believed that this temple set the pace for the ratha (chariot) vimana temples in India, as a distant descendant of Kulottunga I on the female line, and the famous Eastern Ganga ruler Narasimha Deva, built the Sun Temple at Konark in the form of a chariot in the 13th century. Kulottunga Chola is also credited with having built the Suryanaar temple near Kumbhakonam.

This is a classic case of history revisionism by Indian historians. Most of these Hindu or Buddhist temples were destroyed by natural calamities and wars against other Hindu rulers.

A notable case is that of Nalanda Bihar which the Indian revisionists claim to be destroyed by Bakhtiyar Khilji. However, in reality, the Bihar was actually destroyed by the Brahmins as part of their persecution of the Buddhists.

Many Hindu temples today stands on the ruins of ancient Buddhist temples destroyed by the Barhmins to ensure the steady decline of Buddhism in the subcontinent.

every other day in india cow vigilantes are attacking muslims for eating beef and you are claiming that gujrat and babri masjid were "isolated" cases

Just the other day , indian forces ran over a Kashmiri man in a jeep now you will say that was "isolated" case too

Kalapahada

The most popular story about the root of the fall of Konark temple rests with the Kalapahada. According to the history of Orissa, Kalapahada invaded Orissa in 1508. He destroyed Konark temple, as well as a number of Hindu temples in Orissa. The Madala Panji of Puri Jagannath temple describes how Kalapahada attacked Orissa in 1568. Including Konark temple, he broke most of the images in most of the Hindu temples in Orissa. Though it was impossible to break the Sun temple of Konark, the stone walls of which are of 20 to 25 feet (7.6 m) thick, he somehow managed to displace the Dadhinauti (Arch stone) and thus made a way for the temple to collapse. He also broke most of the images and other side temples of Konark. Due to displacement of the Dadhinauti, the temple gradually collapsed and the roof of the Mukasala was also damaged, due to the stones falling down from the temple top.

Those "Muslim" rulers are turkic origin people so they were racially superior than most South Asians. That's why they conquered India and ruled it.

And another thing none of them are mosques. So as a "Muslim" it shouldn't concern you.

your source ?

Bangladeshi scholar Ghulam Murshid has said that the figure of Kalapahad is largely fictional.[2]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalapahad , Murshid, Ghulam. 1000 year of Bengali History.

During the Odia language revolution in 19th century, many accounts mentioned the legends of Kalapahad. Somewhere he has been portrayed as an ardent Jagannath follower who turned vindictive when he was not allowed to enter the temple. In Bengal, he has been seen as standing against Brahminical oppression in plays and novels," said Ishita Bannerjee Dube, a Mexico-based historian who has worked on Mahima Dharma and is now researching on Kalapahad as well as on the Sarala Mahabharat.

"The stories around Kalapahad may have been created to counter the growing rigidity in the Odia society and the Jagannath temple's system that was originally tribal but increasingly became Brahminical," said scholar G.N. Das who had thoroughly researched on Kalapahad 20 years ago.

While Kalapahad indeed destroyed temples during his attack on Odisha under the Bengal Sultan, the destruction of even Konark or temples built later are wrongly attributed to him, said Das.

Historian K.K. Basa said the contextual points of view due to which the image of Kalapahad differ now in Bengal and Odisha should be researched to get more clarity on the mythology around him too.

"There were very few mention of Kalapahad in 17th century documents. However, once his stories were picked up in the 19th century, the legends started resurfacing regularly, especially between 1920 and 1970," said Ishita.

If there was no Pakistan next door there would not have been so much violence in Kashmir. You guys come across with your isolated medieval mindset and poison our youth to take up arms. Karma is a bitch they say. In the process of radicalisation of our Kashmiri youth you guys have become a victim of those radical forces.

Your secularism is dying a dogs death with every muslim place name changed, every hindutva CM, every hindutva comment polluting your social media

Babri and Godra or Gujraat were not isolated they were the beginning of a precedence and the absolute validation of the two nation theory

Babri happened some 25 years ago and Godra about 15 years ago. I am not denying that it was wrong. Any anti social activity which goes against our secular values will undermine our nation and we are very aware of it. BJP got elected not on hindutva platform but on good governance and development agenda. If they don't perform we will boot them out like we did for congress.

And this comment alone shows your complete denial of the emerging reality in india

Next you will tell me Yogi got elected because of his liberal stance on gay marriage not his stance on corpse rape or temple building

There are 29 states in India and you have just one CM who happens to get elected on his hindutva ideology. Please someone correct me if I am wrong because I am not familiar with Yogi and his firebrand politics.
