Why not talk here about Indian supercomputing, among Indians, and then come to a conclusion.
I have read and listened to multiple people from the supercomputing community, and the Indian plan is to have three ~10 Petaflops machines by 2020, along with around 80 new supercomputers, half of which will be below 100 Teraflops.
Please cite what are your sources.
