^^drdo has not mentioned any thing about this project but shiv's lots of reporting on defense in past proved true, for example on ins arihant etc so I am not ruling this out anything, may in construction stage.

But dude this has been confirmed by VK Saraswat, Chairman of the Department of Defense Science consultant, DRDO and he also informed that test-flights will conduct on IUSAV around 2015.....and will be inducted by the Indian Army in the year 2017(hopefully)......
