This doesn't mean a delay, if the first GSLV is being launched this year in Oct and then at an interval of 6 months the second is launched in Q2 2013 then 2014 is still very much achievable. Also what will these two GSLVs be launching in these two tests?

The first GSLV will be launching GSAT 6, and the second one will be launching Aditya , a spacecraft with a mission to study the sun......

Why would India be interested in launching Russian expedition towards moon ?? If it is to make statement then we already did through Chandrayaan -1 .

Or is it because we Indians are suddenly concerned about our world image like N. Koreans that we paid Russians billions of dollars for tech demonstration ?

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.

Actually that's why the mission got delayed. The russian lander failed during the phobos-grunt mission...

Just because you receive everything from China doesn't necessarily mean that India too is the same. I can understand your frustrations but this is not an appropriate forum to release it. Work for your nation to progress.

India military actually purchasing almost everything from all over world around, that is more lucky than China, but remember purchasing wont make India becoming super power at all, it never happened in history plus India is not rich nation in terms of any aspect.
