Nope. India will not act and join the US in any hypothetical conflict they have with China (Esp over something as silly as the SCS).

The neo-cons never appreciated India's concerns at the level India wanted them to, so we are not going to put Indian soldiers lives at stake and quite possibly nuclear strikes on our cities to satisfy US policeman ego....no matter how limited or expansive the conflict is with China.

I hope there is never going to be a China - US war, the world will lose a lot overall..more than any other previous conflict....possibly leading to homo sapiens extinction from the face of the planet.

Keyboard warriors should never wish for something and more disgustingly salivate at such prospect of what could be very well a major self-inflicted human holocaust.

We share overlapping interests with the US in many areas, as we do with China and other major countries in the world....but in the end only India's interests will dictate use of our military as a final resort (as far as engaging other major powers and superpowers).

China will be attacked by many countries like Japan, Vietnam, South Korea, all the countries of SCS and even Russia. India will just join the party to destroy 21st century Nazis.

India will and should. China has went beyond line to support Pakistani junta with nukes and long range missiles, now the dictators of beijing must understand the is a repulse.

We are not going to fight China just because the US is. Geopolitical pressure day to day is another matter. Sticking our neck out for the US is a bad idea, given the US has demonstrably proven it wont do so for us.

As far as the nuclear proliferation to Pakistan goes, best way is to grow our economy at several times the pace than Pakistan and keep it that way so they can be dealt with down the road with minimal effort if it comes to that (and if the US wants to cooperate on specifically that, thats welcome). China is not Pakistan however.....a war with China will always be a war of survival, no matter who else is fighting China. Best not to get into that in the first place.

Yes, openly

India and US signed LEMOA agreement to 'contain china' at Andaman islands. US Navy will bring Acchedin for Chinese at SCS in any moment. :smitten:
