There are teams from other countries which cant speak the local language too

Here our People have gone to work in a highly dangerous environment immediately after reaching Nepal

I can't say about smoking but the Chinese side is whining for sure over Indian aerial missions close to the Tibet border in Nepal.

Nepali media is virulently anti-India, they are mostly leftist. Read the other articles from the same source to know their leanings. In one article they are complaining that Indian forces are mostly rescuing their own nationals and the relief material supplied is insufficient considering the scale of disaster. Any news that are contrary to your perceived views may not be planted by your adversary. If you want I can post other sources in Nepali language too.
