It has been rating the security implementations at the Indian nuclear installations as "poor and not up to the mark". But Pakistan has mini nukes and there is high chance of falling them into the hands of Jihadists and Radical elements. This is the real danger.

Let me make it clear regarding Maoists.

They are only internal security threat, they are not against India, They do not attack people out of hatred.

They are against capitalistic policies and sufferings of poor.

Some of them joined India democracy and fighting elections and some went into jungles.

Regarding Jihadists, these guys are born out of hatred, want complete dominance because of some religious ideology, willing to die and also kill, their tactics are oriented towards creating chaos and anarchy so that the state completely collapse or the region becomes unstable.

These guys feed on destructive ideologies a contrast to Maoists .


Jihadists have support of some insiders in your PA and ISI. Since the corps and battle field commanders have to act independently in case of enemy attack the nuke are under the control of battle field commanders unlike other countries.
