Responsible countries do not shoot unarmed civilians on the border. Their Presidents, PMs, leaders and high officials do not lie. They keep commitments and honor treaties. Their govt is not obeyed by half the country.

And they are not so tardy that they give a guard of honor to a dog.

Yes Responsible countries will not shoot unarmed civilians, But those are allegations from a press that is motivated to increase hatred towards India.
There are many illegal activities that happen in the porous border like smuggling , Illegal migrations, fake currency rackets etc...etc..,
Every time a guy goes missing, he suddenly becomes a farmer or a civilian.
