your per capita logic is not uniform all across the bangladesh & in india too..people come to india to get opportunity of job & migrate through the blessing of our vote bank policy.India is a open market with open hub of scope & may be with low capita.I live in malda district which is near to mahadipur border & near to assam..so you dont need to show your sht&y logic here..I can see with my eyes..not only assam,this problem occurs on nearby west bengal districts too..bangladeshi rickshawalas & auto driver roaming everywhere..bribing approx 200 rs they can get proper voter card..they are given land at low cost & attacking on local hindus..hindus are bound to sell land at low price for the sake of their life..dont babble sitting one part of the bangladesh..believe or live in denial govt wont give a rats as$.they would do whatever they need to do..
