I very much doubt if there was a survey or it is just a rate chart prepared by some journalist.
I have not heard anything about dinesh tiwari, good or bad.

Sharad Power is one among the good politicians much better than karunanidhi and lalu.

I am sure the Gen Y would have been asked-

"How about Dinesh Tiwari?"
"Who the f*** is that?"
"Railway minister"
"Ah... Bad man. There are crashes all the f****** time."

About the verdict on Pawar- lets wait, wikileaks is coming out in 2012..
