The country's foreign exchange reserves swelled by $3.091 billion to a lifetime high of $476.092 billion in the week to February 14, mainly due to a rise in foreign currency assets, according to the RBI data.

In the previous week, the foreign exchange reserves had increased by $1.701 billion to $473 billion.
Foreign currency assets, a major component of the overall reserves, rose by $2.763 billion to $441.949 billion in the reporting week.

Expressed in dollar terms, the foreign currency assets include the effect of appreciation or depreciation of non-US units like the euro, pound and yen held in the foreign exchange reserves.

Gold reserves rose by $344 million to $29.123 billion.

The special drawing rights with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were down by $6 million to $1.430 billion.

The country's reserve position with the IMF also declined by $9 million to $3.590 billion, the data showed.

I'm sure from your post, you suck at economics but just for conversation sake...pak's forex reserves are around $11bn. Also, China's and US debts are 5 times and 20 times higher than India...per your logic, I'm sure you'd be thinking their economies suck

Dont worry. He is least interested in those figures.
One need to understand before being interested and from his post, it's evident he's one of the brainwashed kids on this forum who could only orgasm from such delusions with flawed understanding of the reality

Leveraged over a market cap of 2.3 trillion....so leveraging around 50%. Most of this debt is in fact payable in INR domestically.

Now what are these figures for Pakistan?

250 billion leveraged over 50 billion market cap....about 5 times....10 times worse than India's rate. Made worse in recent years by the market cap halving.

Hence the constant need to go to IMF for "top off bailout" every few years and submit in humiliating way to severe taxation/inflation on your people so they cant even save to break out of the constant rut. All to keep a few cartels and powerbrokers happy.

So really, sod off from any discussion on economics...you have proven complete illiteracy on it time and time again.

Next you'll be advocating against surgery, cause "tHaT cUtS tHe BoDy OpEn AnD tHaTs BaD". What do the people studying biology know, they must be wasting their time persuing the subject.

Have the common sense to atleast read up on the subject matter before commenting on it, lest you impart gems such as these.

Forever on the internet, a testament to your brain cells hard at work; both of them.

Nope.
It has the value of around 1 trillion $.
It is not the sheer quantity but invaluable historical importance makes it more valuable
