How would I know? I don't go around with an IQ-meter measuring people's IQs. But then, you might have a point. If you look through those ratings, you will find that the largest number was from your fellow-citizens. You know, the ones queued up to give you 135 more ratings.

Stop your trolling. Yes, there is the popular stereotype that Indians and toilets don't belong in the same sentence: we all get it. But just take a look at the building's photo: it will surely have toilets on each floor. Besides, the building is for use in Mauritius which is as close to a first-world country as possible. I am sure it has a lot more than toilets: possibly, an indoor heated swimming pool and table tennis courts.
