Indians are in such a state of denial.
On one hand they get all self righteous about Tibet but then completely deny the reality in Kashmir.
Just look at the sick and demented minds of some Indians, advocating shooting and committing genocide on the Kashmir people.

As for that UN treaty, you forgot to mention that it also says you have to give them a vote. Where is the vote you promised them?
Kashmir is a disputed territory by ALL international standards and India, in her genocidal blood lust, has been preventing the resolution of the dispute by not fulfilling the promise of the vote.

Just ask China are they ready to allow vote for Askai chin ( A part of kashmir) ??

Sure.......but Askai Chin doesn't actually have a native population, it is just mountainous terrain.
So who is going to vote? the mountain goats?

Occupation is necessary. Occupation is needed to earn money or salary drawn from that occupation to maintain good life.
