I think its time for India to sign NPT and CTBT.

India will not sign any discriminatory treaty and will keep its right to test.

^^^ yeah agreed create a new NPT that requires nuclear weapons states to destroy there arsenal and production facilities on a timeline like we did with chemical and biological weapons then we will sign it NPT is just a biased treaty to prevent other countries in obtaining nukes for there strategic or regional interests rather than prevent nuclear disarmament and prevention of nuclear brinkmanship

besides India should carry out more thermonuclear tests

You must be a new born to think west has really abandoned its security ie the Pakistan.As the events has shown in past 10 yrs or so.west will ultimately buckle under Pakistan to provide security on no terror attack on western interest.For west killing of Indians doesn't matter in terror attacks.Coz west don't see terror attacks on them and terror attacks on India with same scale.War on Terror was west's war not India's.India was forced to support west on its war.Its on Record from history that Osama bin laden and Taliban had never attacked India untill when India started supporting west in Waron terror in Afghanistan.Osama was never india's enemy he was usa's enemy.

The article and its author is saying , after giving examples of Rudd's speech, that it is very evident that australia not only looks at china as a secruity risk ( military) but has chosen to align with the US vs. allow china's " remove US influence and military might in Asai".

So what he is saying- is that since they made the call to align with the US in these strategic terms- why is that they are not courting India heavily. Why are they soley putting the " uranium" and other eggs in china's basket i.e. It makes no sense in playing the wait game w/ india..

I think our government should make a public statement that PM is not visiting Australia as a protest against the double standard that Australia is playing against India by not selling uranium to us. We should stop our relationship completely for a while with Australia. We should also stop any further investment in Australia or we should just say so as to threaten them.
