I hope that the new government will come up with a policy to revive BPO and call center business as it provides a lots of opportunity to young people who are not very highly educated.

I have worked in some in the beginning of the trend and trade, at different levels, with different concepts, and know pertinently the power of sexy voices in telecommunications based sales or service environments combined of course with the fundamental skills pertaining to the trade. But I can advance without a single doubt that the voice and accent characteristics play a very big role in the success of operations, by getting the attention of customers, holding that attention, and influencing the outcome of the conversation.
Simply because a pleasant voice acts like a magnet, and many human pleasure sensations come through the hearing process.
