If my interaction with these so called engineers on HIb is anything to go by, they are really sub par. Most of these guys are employed as lowly paid coding cookies especially in SAP abap. They had very bad communication skill lacked any skill of innovation. All they did was what we told them. Never questioned or giving an informed opinion. I so hope all they low quality migrants be deported and black listed. And what's with them always going together as a group and never interacting with any other nationalities.
