Only thing more pathetic than this psychopath cop are people raising doubts on victim herself. Utterly sad and disappointed that most of our Indian friend's first reaction was to cast doubt on the victim (please read initial pages of this thread). And this is coming from stalwarts of educated section of their society. Sadly I have started to understand the reason behind rape issue. There just isn't support to the victim.
