Apart from that on the ground people support is overwhelmingly with Israel, institutional support varies.
Realpolitik wise we indirectly support Israel.
Middle east loses too don't think it'll only hurt Indians. ME is allowing temples to be built and integrated in their nations, they don't show any intention of throwing Indians out. Many big Indian business flourish there.
Additionally America is the big daddy in the region, America and India are chill right now in laymans terms lol.

Regardless of what Hamas did,Israel should not have bombed civilian territories... it's heartbreaking to see innocent little kids (even months old) getting killed ..I know Hamas killed babies too ...they are hiding among civilians...yet Israel should not bomb and kill civilians....

The conflict has also enlightened non Muslims of the world about the currently relaxed refugee laws. Almost all EU nations are seriously reconsidering taking more people belonging to one sect.
Indian Muslims are Indians don't you worry about them.
And did you forget that US politics basically dictate the whole Middle East's affairs? China, Russia and Iran's proxies don't have a foothold or influence like US in the region, Israel is America's fortress in the region.

Are those 2 billion even United and "Islamic" as you'd like them to be? The ones in UAE, Turkey seem pretty chill and western to me. Apart from the conservative leadership in some places the people have embraced capitalism and materialism.
Your mutual enemy thing only works on paper, war is not something that is always on somebody's mind.
Also Indias affairs are our own problem sort out your own problems before looking at ours. How are you guys planning to repay the recent debt?
