I think this idea will work in other South Asian countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh too. It will be cost effective and as these coaches are mobile, they can be moved to corona hot spot zones at the earliest.

Jugaad. There are a lot of trains. If the need arises it can be moved to places. We have a vast rail network.

Well no place will be left unattended if this is put to practice all over India. Railways connects all nooks and corners of the country, almost.

They plan to convert 20000 coaches. That would be really helpful.
