Police in both out countries need to be revamped, lets not forget their roots lay the Imperial Police, I mean come on in Pakistan they still call PSP Officers "Superior Police Officers"... **** OFF!

We need to get out of this Ganagadin mentality and rebuild and rebrand policing to attract the best and brightest who have a sense of duty and purpose and not just "hot bodies" who like to fill a uniform...
