I thought Garden Reach was building some of these Dada. Or do they build just the hulls in Kolkata and final fitting of superstructure and weapons integration at Mazagaon?

It will be formally inducted in the Navy in August this year but will be operationalised within a year after installing all it’s sensor suite.
