Indian Mujahideen modules: Darbhanga out, Kolkata in

Listen any part of the border that is unmanned, unfenced or not properly secure as borders becomes a loophole that is exploited. It doesn;t matter where it is. Whenever or wherever it shows up, foreign agencies, organized criminal organizations, etc will utilise such entry points to facilitate their crimes or intent. Who the hell doesn't know that the Nepal and Bangladesh border are problematic points? We have all been hearing the reports and news since the 80's? Everytime a nationalistic party claimed such news, the media or Congress would whitewash it away. So who is to blame? The f-king crap politicans in India who don;t do ****. Why do we allow these points to remain issues that threaten and harm our ppl everyday? if we knew about it for 3 decades and don;t do ****, the isn;t the gov't at fault for all those innocent ppl who die from terror related attacks that occurred at some point using these entry points to smuggle terrorists, money, bombs, etc? Think about it?

Such operations are rampant in Malda, Murshidabad and Nadia, the NIA says.

The funny thing is that Murshidabad is an epicenter of sex trafficking into India. The cops over there are corrupt to the core and protect a Muslim Kingpin who overseas this entire operation involving the trafficking of young women for sex. This news has never even made a blimp in the national news.

We cry and internationalize the gangrape of innocent working class or college girls, but where the hell is the justice for thse who have no VOICE? This type of sex trafficking has been going on for decades, with no mention of it. It makes gang rape look like peanuts...

I shall have to break my pattern and compose a short comment-

Expect more fireworks at the border with BD after this- either way the BSF will get a freer hand.

An insight into the logistical and funding pipelines of terror in India.

The Bangladesh border is as always a mess . It is a real shame that the infiltration is even now continuing .

Why can't they the adopt the fencing strategy used in LoC for the bangladesh border ???

We really need proper fencing on BD border also. Illegal settlers, smugglers, criminals & dacoits were always a major problem on BD border, now with the growing influence of Wahabism there, cross-border terrorism is increasing. And due to almost open borders in some places, BD border has become a convenient entry point for terrorists.
BD Govt. is not interested to do much about this; we have to solve this ourselves.

No they are not. But even if .01% of their population can be brainwashed effectively, then that would be really bad news for us. So it is wise to take necessary precautions. And not only that, BD border has become a favorite entry point for foreign terrorists also.

How many Bangladeshi terrorists has India caught??And how many foreign(I presume you mean non-Bengali here) terrorists has India caught that have admitted in coming in through Bangladesh? The only terrorists Bangladesh has remotely connection with are 'Indian' terrorists(separatists)...they are neither 'Bangladesh' nor 'foreign'!
@confound thinker You have a point there...and we also have the same problem here in BD...Criminals here(wh want to escape) ALWAYS go to India....since the only other option is drowning in the BOB....I am pretty sure that more Bangladeshi criminals have fled to Indian than Indian criminals to Bangladesh!

Not many, but that route is becoming popular among terrorists because of the ease of crossing over. The last big catch, can't remember the name now, but that guy said they were using BD routes frequently. Another example could be ULFAs and some other groups in NE. Fake currency entering through BD is also a problem. Our other land borders also have similar problems, like fake currency also enters through Nepal border, that's why we need well-guarded borders.

And.........the way Jamatis and mullahs are becoming stronger in BD, we need to prepare ourselves for the future. We are also concerned about the intention behind return of some non-resident Bangladeshis from foreign countries during this troubled times. ;) :-)

Looks like you have some new friends Jamaat seeks out India...And a certain non-resident Bangladeshi that you 'might' know 'might' be a CIA agent monitoring the situation in BD!
