Well all the communities which are left behind, uneducated and poor, they are bound to have more children. Take blacks in america, or any other underprivileged segregated community in the whole world. With poverty and backwardness comes population. If I remember right this was the a good tedtalk, about poverty and overpopulation.

So how should i answer this self answered post?

Solution to hai but i am not a big fan of that. GoP intends to promote family of four system by providing incentives which would eventually force people into producing less.

I do not support it but that is the plan they have.
