Why to bring India in it. The poster is clearly trying to make fun of Indian systems without any evidence. If it is just for comic value then the thread should have been missile launch or missile failure.

That reminds me a similar thread on PDF where a poster posted a Su-33 acident on Admiral Kuznetsov and his thread read as IN air-carrier mishap.
