Yeah, I read this news in an article earlier in the day and was utterly perplexed as to what had happend. Anyone care to explain?

All I could pick up was thank god GoI had finally let RAW of its leash and the US-Indo cyber warfare pact had come to fruition much earlier than I had expected.

The document states that Indian Military Intelligence intercepted various communications by people of United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission (which is created by United States Congress) of things concerining China that were of great importance to Indian Industry (See #5)

the legislative mandate to monitor, investigate, and submit to Congress an annual report on the national security implications of the bilateral trade and economic relationship between the United States and the People’s Republic of China
