The one thing that really changed the tide for Asian men was the rise of Kpop. Which is telling because its origin is not even from the US. Kpop was first made fun of because the male stars looked feminine, but then eventually it became popular with young American teenage girls of all races, and from there, the interest towards East Asian men as a whole opened up. Because of this, it created a market for more positive portrayals of Asian men which made movies like Crazy Rich Asians possible. Of course, now with the new Cold War with China, we are also facing a lot of negative racism along with increased popularity. I don't think the rise of China as a bogeyman necessarily even hurts the attractiveness of East Asian men even if it increases hatred towards us. This is because women are wired to be attracted to power, not to good guys.

I don't know how the path of Indian men will be, but I can tell you one thing, Hollywood is a notoriously racist institution and they only change when there is money to be earned. Indians will have to create a market for positive portrayals of South Asian men and then these Jews will change their habit of humiliating Indian men.
