I don’t know where you’re coming from, but India’s dream of having Pakistan a state that harbors terrorists have fallen on deaf ears.

The US is in favour of engaging Pakistan rather than isolating it further. Then there are games next door in Afghanistan and CAR where Pakistan support is absolutely vital.

And then China and improving of relations with Russia.

Pakistan at the moment is busy involved in cleaning up its own mess.

The same games of fermenting terrorism is played by India, if not more. Be it Kulbushan or through proxies in Afghanistan.
