The damage to the car does not suggest that, as evident by damage shown in this picture of the car the only hit it made is I think on Pakistan's side gate. I am sure the Indian side gate would be solid one and after hitting that gate this car could not have made this far.

Yeah right there is some gross blunder in all this and responsibility must be fixed after inquiry

Stop spreading hatred. May people, including soldiers, when considered not a threat and when they cooperate are treated perfectly fine and returned safely. Pakistani side does the same. No need to make this a victimhood thread. If Kasab bothers your conscience so much, this is no way to handle it.
