Even a fringe element like you should have been able to recognise the lunacy of a claim that security personnel use chemicals to stun women and cut off their tresses. But obviously you have greater problems than are immediately visible.

SRINAGAR – In occupied Kashmir, at least 350 cases of braid-chopping have been reported so far, Radio Pakistan has reported.

Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Khan, while talking to media in Srinagar said that braid-chopping incidents were first reported in Jammu region where 250 cases came to fore.

He said that later such incidents started occurring in the Kashmir Valley where so far around 100 such cases, mostly from south and central parts, had been reported .

According to reports, Indian secret agencies use chemicals to make women unconscious and cut their braids in a latest tactic of state terrorism.

I can reply you in more than such tone and manners though, doesn't suit me at all. However, no one forced you to buy the narrative as we are not in business to sell it widely through deceit and propaganda. Speaking of either the Indian Army did it or not, aside the moral duty to deny it plainly, how come someone or a group can undertake this kind of activity within the heavily guarded, militarized and policed (occupied) area. So mentioning of such reference is being done on the basis where the reader wouldn't use ctrl+f for a specific word but it has been presented based upon the logic, ground realities and the findings of the one.

Even, I read it somewhere, seeing the recent outrage against occupying Indian force by the Kashmiri students especially females, Indian Intel planned the braid chopping punishment that on one hand wouldn't create much hue & cry but would put fear contrary to how a military uses rape as a war tool.
