Thus Pakistan received $3748M aid from both DAC & non DAC combined in 2015 & India received $3174M aid from both DAC & non DAC combined in same year.

Mashal Khan incident wouldn't have happened had the culprits behind the scenes known the law would treat everyone the same and they would get terminated in case of inciting violence.

A mob in Pakistan will lynch you if you get caught attempting a rape or kidnapping. The last time a mob had their way they burned a bunch of thieves during the day on a road in Karachi.

In Pakistan lynchings, rare if they occur, are always reactionary and result due to lack of law and order, not because of societal norms as they do in India.
