An Indian doctor has been charged with sexually assaulting 20 female patients with unnecessary physical examinations of private parts in the UK, Mail Online reported.

Dr Manish Shah, 48, allegedly conducted the assaults at the Mawney Medical Centre in Romford, Essex, between June 2009 and July 2013. It is also believed that one of his alleged victims was aged just 15.

The general practitioner was photographed arriving at the Old Bailey in London on Tuesday for the court case, insisting he had only carried out appropriate examinations.

The details of the allegations against him couldn’t be reported for legal reasons.

Shah denies 75 counts of a sexual nature with the trial expected to last for four months.

The name sounds indian and Hindu to me, oh the paper mentions it....... an indian doctor. 15 years old ........ a minor ............ well.

Disgusting. These guys are a friggin blot on our profession. He should never be allowed to practice medicine again. Anywhere in the world.

I don't understand these guys man. When we were medical students, like young boys normally, we used to wonder what female examination would feel like. Would we make an embarrassing scene by getting a hard-on or something.

It does NOT happen. Take my word for it. When it's a suffering human, you simply do not get a sexual reaction.

If there is someone who does, like this chutya, then he should not be a doctor. Period.

I would hold my comments on this doctor until the judgement. Over the years I have become extremely cynical about our legal system and the endemic racism in society. Over the years it has been pushed underground but as a negative latent energy it still can be vicious. For instance the Pakistani's in UK are regularly touted as 'Child groomers' and Indian doctors as 'sexual perverts'. Even in advanced societies like UK not everything that shines is glitter. I remember the chairman of British Medical Association being asked if he could explain why Asian doctors recieve three times more complaints then their white collleagues. His abrupt reply "have you ever heard of racism"?

And I did not know you were a doctor ...
