True, govt of India is in no way responsible for individuals action. diplomats action are questionable only when committed in his official capacity against diplomatic norms. Seems pakistan wants to divert afghan attention from recent border clash to some thing else. Keep watching they will come up with some mullah inspired blasphemy charge. This is more or less to get the diplomat out of the country than any thing else.

The accusation is that Indian defence Attache has raped the Afghan Girl in the Indian Embassy in Kabul. Now that is not a holidaying resort but an Official Indian office
