Indian Army orders troop withdrawal from AREA CLOSE TO Doklam (Doka La outpost abandoned)

MOD is not even giving a rational behind this sudden strange move.
Whats going on here?
First IA unilaterally retreated from Doklam back to Sikkim. Immediately PLA resumed road construction. India begged China to stop but was rejected. The reason for rejection is: You have an outpost at Doka La right on the border. Why should we stop before we reach the border? So IA now withdraws from the Doka La outpost -- leaving a buffer before the boundary -- so India can beg China again to modify road construction to leave some buffer distance from the boundary.

I think they are trying to persuade China by offering some concession since Chinese troops are still present in Doklam. They are trying to demilitarize the whole Doklam and make it a buffer zone to their advantage. If they had peacefully negotiated with China, we might have reciprocated in good terms. But they sent troops into Chinese soil, they are lucky we didn't massacre.

So India is saying, if we back off from the border, would you also back off.

Once a beggar, always a beggar...
