In a region where several people have been booked for hoisting Pakistan flags during pro-freedom protests, a cricket team from Kashmir participated in an Indian army-conducted tournament donning Pakistan cricket team uniform on Tuesday.
A press release issued by the army appended a picture of a local team in mountainous Tangdhar region close to the Line of Control that divides Jammu and Kashmir between India and Pakistan.
The picture shows four young cricketers wearing Pakistan cricket team merchandise during the award ceremony. The statement read: “Brigadier CS Dewgun …gave away the trophy and prizes to all the winners and commended all the participants for the spirit displayed.”

Interestingly, the uniform donned by the team is a replica to the extent that it even has the Pakistan Cricket Board logo . ‘Boom Boom’, the nickname for the Pakistan all rounder Shahid Afridi is inked on the sleeves of the uniforms. Army in its official statement said that the event was organised with an aim to develop the interest of youth towards fitness activities as well as sensitizing the youth of the social evils.

Lol Indians are going to ban wearing pro-Pakistan t-shirts, like how they banned Kashmiris from celebrating Pakistan Independence Day. Desperation is high for the bhartis lol.

There are many in the valley, who felt living under Occupation, there were few kashmiri students cheering for Pak cricket team in their Hostel in Meerut (U.P),they were beaten by lacal Jats and Gujjars and later expelled,so no surprise here.

Firstly, they're wearing sponsored T-Shirts, so any connection to Pakistan can be ruled out, that crescent and star symbol and the dark green colour are associated with Islam.....not unique to Pakistan....
Secondly, the name Pakistan is not there on those T-Shirts, so stop calling those Pakistani uniform.....

Okay all those Indians who are saying just few go crazy for Pakistan or they are sponsored. Why did Indian university kicked out all the Kashmiris who celebrated Pakistan's victory?
