Indian Army chief Gen Pande leaves for Bangladesh on 3-day visit

The BJP expansion in WB was the result of WB Indians being too tolerant on uneducated and low class immigrants from Bihar and UP taking over their labor and Gujjus/Marathis taking over their businesses.

Apner ma-bonera Kolkata'i giya je shari ar goina kiney, ta Bangalider dokan thekey kinena, Gujju are Marathi-rai oi poisha pai. Ar oi poisha dia BJP politician-der paley. Hotel restaurant er malik o tarai. Bangalira byabshar dharey kaseo nai.

As we all know - some educated Bengalis only aspire to "babu"dom, Administrative Naukri (Chakuri) or techno-bureaucrat profession is more honorable than having a business.

This is the end result. Even some Y-gen Bengalis in Kolkata can't speak Bangla nowadays, most of them can't even write it. Signboards are in Hindi and English mostly. But one day things may change I hope.
