Indian Airforce RAFALE Back to Back TAKEOFF

Sukhoi MKI , Jaguar, Rafael taking off on a sortie in 4K

WOW back to back take off without crashing ? WOW that indeed is a milestone for IAF lol

Yes superior to j10c in terms of avionics and electronic warfare equipment
How fast is china advancing in the domain of EW? Can’t believe they are going to remain behind the French if they haven’t already surpassed them.

Also The Turks are also going to face Greek Rafales and F-35s. The collaboration on the KAAN fighter should yield stand alone EW pods, in much the same way the Swedes have made the Arexis pod and being sold to the Germans for their Eurofighters, could be carried by the J-10s I’d assume.

Eurasian times (indian media) SCMP (taiwanese media) lol and neither with any actual data or evidence. Why do you indians think other people believe in the garbage you read?

*Ahem* air excercises with Qatari Rafales

Dear,

IAF have had excercises with F-16 and F-15 of other countries. Did it make any difference?

American Red Flag is the only simulation where pilots and jet fighters are truly tested. Not sure about others.

PAF had an opportunity to develop itself with American, Turkish, and Chinese support after the Kargil War.

1. F-16 Block 52+ were received from US and older variants were brought at par with MLU from Turkey with American nod.

F-16 pack a significant punch due to having secure communication systems and BVR capability.

2. JF-17 was produced with Chinese support and its EW capability was improved with Turkish support.

3. A fleet of AWACS was created with imports from Sweden and China.

4. A fleet of EW-focused DA-20 is also maintained.

PAF had technological superiority in 2019. IAF had outdated communication systems in 2019 that could be jammed. Indian Su-30 MKI were armed with poor Russian-origin BVR munition.

The IAF Rafale F3R fleet has indian-specific modifications and it gives IAF the option to confront PAF head on and inflict losses. This is a jet fighter that WE cannot take for granted.

But it remains to be seen how the two forces will do in a major clash. It remains to be seen what tactics Indians have developed with Rafale F3R. It remains to be seen what improvements IAF has introduced in other jet fighters including Su-30 MKI. There are reports that IAF sourced 400+ SDR from Israel for secure communications.

PAF is also creating a fleet of J-10C just in case. These might compensate for potential F-16 losses, jets that PAF would like to preserve in fact.

Turkey can be called upon to improve PAF F-16s yet further. Pakistan needs to mend its relations with US as well.

yara, cant tell u beyond that, its a matter national security....however one thing is now clear, sleep tight, dont worry Rafale has been countered. I agree on general basis that must not take yr enemy lightly......but Abt Rafale im happy. What im worried abt is that there r chances of India buying f35ves.....that maybe troublesome in short to medium term. and that upcoming f4 version of Rafale which india is conformed buying.

:lol:samajh gya shahzada!!!!!!!!

Maybe troublesome?

F-35 will shift the balance of power in favor of India for indefinite period. Pakistan must rebuild its relations with the US and focus on its lobbying efforts.

Costly arms race can break nations.

It did not crash ?
It’s still under warranty, high quality OEM French parts will be used, but if/when Indian made parts are used and you couple that with IAF’s maintenance record, it’s only a matter of time even French made jets will start to crash. If the Indians start making the Rafales in India, expect that crash rate to be even higher, hence why France was reluctant to have the Indians make Rafales in India and claim their OEM, it would knock down the reputation of French made products. BTW, 5 IAF mirage 2000s (out of a fleet of 50 initially procured) have crashed since 2010 per Indian media.

Does anyone have the data on how many PAF mirages (decades older) have crashed out of a fleet 179 current still active since 2010?

PAF Mirage crashes till 2011: 68
2012-21: 13
Total: 81
Since 1971, PAF lost more than 81 Mirages out of 200 inducted (40% crash rate)

PAF even managed to have a bad track record for the F-16, with one fighter aircraft lost to a wild boar.
