Currently the most powerful EW system with India is Samyukta. Each Samyukta system consists of 150 ground mobile vehicles with capability for surveillance, analysis, interception, direction finding, and position fixing, listing, prioritising and jamming of all communication and radar signals from HF to MMW. This system was developed by DRDO and was inducted into service in 2004. Currently there are 4 such systems operational with Indian army.
The observations on 2th Feb, 2019 may have came out that either India lacked much propagated EW or number of system is too low? Because tactically, it wasn't seen with much of resistance or jamming or EW applied at all. That raises serious questions w.r.t. tri service capability in this regard.
I am sure that 1 among 4 of above systems, should have been near LoC or it isn't totally deployed in north at all.
