The fact that despite having 1/12 of US budget we are able to match their rates shows that we are in their league or above in maintenance.

Also Tejas was cleared for air shows this year, it will participate Singapore next, JFT didn't even have the guts to participate in a same competition as it will get its arse whooped.

There have been far more battles where outnumbered Pakistani forces trounced numerically superior indian forces. Hell, in one of such battles, indian high command even came to our officer (who defended a sector successfully against extremely high odds) and talked about how he did it (what kind of strategy was employed, tactics, how logistics were managed etc)..

Yes we all know the USAF talking about the mighty IAF and SU-30 and later the RAF ridiculing you with the cricket score. So after some thirty years you have a squadron of two Tejas ready to do battle.
At the moment it seems it's the likes of DRDO and ADA whipping Indians sorry ***.
Who knows in another ten or fifteen years you may have a full squadron of trailer Tejas.
