moreover they are referred to as non hindus , which is wrong , actually they are converted hindu descendants . i think they must be refereed as same . there must be some provision for that so as communal harmony is always there between the converted and non converted human beings resulting in no discrimination what so ever . perhaps the middle name shall be included as kumar in their name so there is no discrimination if there is at all , with a convert .
